Barrie A. Dnistrian

Ms. Dnistrian has over a decade of experience representing individual and corporate clients in a wide range of matters including criminal investigations and prosecutions, commercial and employment litigation, arbitrations, and internal investigations.

Ms. Dnistrian graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a published member of the Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif. Before attending law school, Ms. Dnistrian served as a legislative aide in the New York State Assembly to now-Senator John J. Flanagan (NY- 2nd Senate District).

Prior to joining The Weinstein Law Firm in 2009, Ms. Dnistrian served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard M. Berman, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York, an associate in the Litigation department of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, and most recently a senior associate in the White Collar and Securities Litigation group of Dechert LLP. While associated with Dechert, Ms. Dnistrian was awarded the Legal Aid Society’s Pro Bono Publico Award for her dedication and accomplishments in providing pro bono legal services.
